Pregnant bellies should be super pampered— before and after birth! My Mountain Mama Belly Balm contains my very FAVORITE skin-loving herbs and also smells absolutely naturally INCREDIBLE. Any new Mom or Mama-to-be will looooove spreading this luxurious and all natural herbal butter all over their bellies. Let’s talk about what’s in it!
Calendula shines when it comes to nourishing, protecting, and speeding up recovery of the stretch. Plantain will ease the itch. Comfrey binds tissue back together, nourishing and repairing. We’ll add some naturally anti-bacterial wilderness goodies like Pine and Usnea to help heal well. There are NO essential oils in this butter. ONLY whole plants and pure organic fats. I’ve also added some lanolin to this blend as its skin-repairing gifts are beyond glorious.
Of course the base is vitamin-rich, grass grazed, SUPER skin-nourishing pure Tallow, and a hint of protective pure golden beeswax to give this butter its beautiful body. Tallow drives the herbs deep into the tissue for a nourishment that lasts hours and hours and hours.
