California Poppy: Sedative, calming, relieves anxiety, insomnia, restlessness, gentle, non-habit-forming.
Hops: Sedative, calming, reduces anxiety, stress, insomnia, soothing to nervous system, promotes relaxation.
Tulsi (Holy Basil): Adaptogenic, balances stress response, mood uplifting and calming effects, reduces anxiety and stress, enhances cognitive function and emotional well-being.
Lemon Balm: Calming and soothing effects, reduces anxiety and stress, improves sleep quality, duration, and depth, uplifting and mood enhancing.
To work with this tincture blend:
Take 20-30 drops (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon) 30 minutes before bedtime or as needed. Dilute in water or another liquid. Start with a low dose and adjust as needed.
